yuganta- end of generation 

the end of one generation is the start of another, and we chose this topic to represent how storytelling has evolved through different eras. we used ramayan as our story because contrary to the topic, it is everlasting and has remained the same throughout generations.

starting from a puppet show, also called bommalattam (tamil) we use shadows to depict the characters in 2D. using perspective we are able to emphaise characters and show distance. 

we then move to screenplay and finally to a zoom movie to show how restrictions don't stop creativity, instead make us find new ways to go on.

working on this assignment was very interesting , albeit challenging. all the group members were interactive and we had a great time working with one another. the challenge was the issues we faced with internet and arranging meeting times suitable for all. but our enthusiasm brought us together and helped us collect ideas on zoom calls that lasted till as long as  3am!
